Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Gestor. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. The following conditions apply:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different item, you may do so within 7 days of the purchase date. The following conditions apply:

Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.
Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and documentation.
Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
